Stuart Greer is Global National's Foreign Editor, based in Prague, Czech Republic.
Stuart has been a part of Global National since 2003. He was first based in London as a freelance videojournalist, covering major stories throughout Europe - from riots on the streets of Paris to terrorist bombings on London’s transit system. Stuart was also on the frontlines in Georgia reporting on the crisis there with Russia.
Born and raised in Montreal, Stuart is a graduate of McGill University with a BA in Film & Communications. He started his professional career as a radio reporter for CHOM-FM covering the 1995 Quebec referendum.
After a brief period at CJAD radio, Stuart joined Global Quebec in 1997 as National Assembly bureau chief where he followed the provincial political scene in Quebec City. He also hosted a weekly political panel.
Stuart has also worked as a freelance journalist in London for CBS News, BBC Radio and Sky News.
